Our Vegetable Boxes
We grow as much of of our vegetables as possible up in the hillls of Llanllechid, Gwynedd, north Wales.
We have a variety of box sizes available – to suit your budget and number of people catering for. All prices include delivery. All boxes have the basics of potatoes (tatws in Welsh), carrots and onions. You will get in addition:
Brassicas such as cabbages (red, white, pointed or sweet heart), broccoli (purple sprouting and normal green variety). Greens such as kale (red and green – it grows great on our farm), cavelo nero and of course sprouts (which may surprise you that have a long growing season from October to March – not just for Christmas Day!).Root vegetables such as swedes, turnips, parnips also feature when in season.
The box sizes are:
- mini – ideal for 1 or 2 people
- small – ideal for 2 or 3 people
- medium – ideal of 3 or 4 people
- large – ideal for 4 or more people
You buy a box with what ever vegetables are in season but if there is really something that you don’t like, we can swap it for something else.
I am proud to say that I grow all of my produce in the main, without pesticides – and if I do use them it is only when it is absolutely necessary. I work hard to offer good value for money and ensure that you’l get the best quality and homegrown vegetables in your box.
